Win7 and Outlook reminders

After switch to Windows 7 my Outlook 2010 don't pop up reminder windows on the top of other windows that you are currently working in. Disappoint is that no such option is provided to do that in Outlook's settings.
The solution is third party tool called DeskPins. Having your system started you may pin the remonder window once and all following reminders will come on top of all windows. Also there is an option to automatically put windows on a top specifying their class or title with a drag-and-drop.
